Veggie cheese bread roll

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2 People

Ingredients

1 Small onion finely chopped
1 small tomato finely chopped (remove the seeds)
1/4 Green peppers/capsicum finely chopped
4 TBSP of cream cheese softened at room temperature
5 Slices of white bread
1/8 to 1/4 of Mexican Seasoning

Procedure :

1. In a bowl mix together the veggies, cheese, and spice.
2. Roll out the bread slices add the some of the veggie & cheese mixtures and roll the bread slices apply some water in the edge to secure the roll.
3.Bake the rolls in the oven, preheated to 400F for 10 minutes or until they are brown and crispy on the outside.
